Pre & Post Treatment Care

Essential guidelines to maximize your treatment results and ensure safe recovery

Before Treatment

5-7 days before your appointment

Avoid Sun Exposure

Refrain from sun exposure for at least 5-7 days prior to minimize the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Stop Active Ingredients

Discontinue retinol, AHA, BHA, and other active acids 5 days before the treatment to prevent over-sensitization.

No Other Procedures

Do not undergo Botox, fillers, laser therapy, microneedling, or chemical peels within the recommended time frames.

Disclose Medications

Inform your specialist about any medications you're taking, especially isotretinoin or blood thinners.

Immediately After

First 24-72 hours

No Water Contact

Avoid water contact for 48-72 hours based on protocol intensity. This is crucial for crystal activation.

Don't Touch or Rub

Do not rub, scratch, or manually exfoliate the skin. Let the microcrystals work naturally.

No Makeup

Do not apply any makeup products for the duration specified by your protocol.

Avoid Heat

Avoid sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, and any activities that cause sweating.

Days 3-7

Peeling and recovery phase

After the water-free period, gently wash using a pH-balanced, mild gel cleanser. No scrubs or exfoliants.

Don't Pick Peeling Skin

Never pick or pull off peeling skin. You may trim loose skin with sanitized scissors only.

Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen every 3 hours. Wear a hat and avoid direct sunlight for 7 days.
